Thank you for visiting VA ERG website. Our companies are expanding in scope and growing in numbers. We gladly accept inquiries from prospective members, regardless of race, religion, or experience, so long as you have an interest in lawfully supporting and defending our local communities and the Constitutions of both Virginia and the United States. VA ERG strives to be a well trained and organized community asset for when the SHTF anywhere within the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The Virginia Emergency Response Group (ERG) was started in 2012, to begin the steps of creating a localized group of VA citizens, dedicated to protecting our communities and protecting our constitutional rights. We teach survival, medical, communications, tactics, self defense and various other skills for anyone interested in the common defense of Virginia and her many communities. We are veterans and civilians, from all different ethnicities and walks of life, who believe in preserving liberty and justice for all. Our group is more than a prepper group… it is a family, intent on serving and defending the communities within Virginia. This group is only recruiting VIRGINIA citizens.
 
VA ERG Disclaimer:
 
It is the duty of every citizen to protect and defend the unalienable rights of all members of the community. Under no circumstances will the VA ERG tolerate those who advocate acts of criminal violence, terrorism, racism or a change away from our republican form of government; nor will it support any specific political party or candidate, nor espouse any particular religious denomination or doctrine. All members must understand the duties and obligation of both citizens and government under the VA and US Constitution.
 
Membership Options:
 
1) Membership Levels:
  • Patron - Members current on dues, and wants to be a support member/contributor.
  • Patriot - Members current on dues, anyone interested in being active beyond the Patron level.
2) Membership Dues: All Members of the VA ERG, regardless of company affiliation.

Two options:

  • $10/month ($120/yr)
  • $100/year ($20 discount if paid up front)

**Note: A paid membership is required before being given access to the forums. Also, dues go towards the following types of ongoing expenses incurred by the group as a whole: Training Materials, FTXs, BOL Maintenance, Background Checks, Field Gear, Comms, Recruiting, Web Site Maintenance, and other Operational Expenses.

Recruitment:
 
The VA ERG is looking for any able-bodied resident of Virginia (men and women) to join and to serve their community in times of need. Members must be 18 or older to join our ranks. For legal reasons at this time, those under 18 must have a parent as an active member of the organization. We are actively seeking new recruits to help strengthen our existing units, as well as, to build new companies in the Northern, Coastal, Valley and Mountain regions as outlined below. Once initial training has been completed, it is our goal to have these companies fully based and operational within their own geographic regions and not training in Central VA.
